T01n0085_p0904c03║坐夏安居。諸苾芻眾去佛不遠亦各安居。時 T01n0085_p0904c04║有沙門名曰尊那。在惹盧迦林中坐夏安居。 T01n0085_p0904c05║彼有外道尼乾陀惹提子。是極惡者忽爾命 T01n0085_p0904c06║終。彼尼乾陀有子。欲於沙門而興鬥諍。作如 T01n0085_p0904c07║是言。我之法律唯我自知。非汝所知。汝之法 T01n0085_p0904c08║律唯汝自知。亦非我知。我所有法皆悉如理。 T01n0085_p0904c09║汝所有法一切非理。和合法是我。不和合法 T01n0085_p0904c10║是汝。汝諸所說。前言縱是後言即非。後言或 T01n0085_p0904c11║是前言即非。諸有語言皆無義利亦無所取。 T01n0085_p0904c12║雖廣所說不能解脫。亦不能知最上實義。謂 T01n0085_p0905a09║面時尊者阿難前白佛言。世尊。此尊那沙門。 T01n0085_p0905a10║在惹盧迦林中坐夏安居。彼有外道尼乾陀 T01n0085_p0905a11║惹提子。是極惡者忽爾命終。尼乾陀有子。欲 T01n0085_p0905a12║於沙門而興鬥諍。乃至彼言。汝師非是如來 T01n0085_p0905a13║應供正等正覺。以是緣故來語於我。世尊。我 T01n0085_p0905a14║時謂尊那言。以佛世尊不在眾中故。有外道 T01n0085_p0905a15║欲興鬥諍。而汝今時不得與諍。若起鬥諍即 T01n0085_p0905a16║不能利益多人。復令多人生諸苦惱。乃至諸 T01n0085_p0905a17║天人眾悉無利益咸生苦惱。佛言阿難。汝見 T01n0085_p0905a18║何緣乃言。佛不在眾有外道輩起鬥諍事邪。 T01n0085_p0905a19║阿難白佛言。世尊。我於一時見二苾芻佛所 T01n0085_p0905a20║稱讚。是二苾芻善持律法。威儀次序在一處 T01n0085_p0905a21║行。我時見已乃謂彼言。汝二苾芻。不應如是 T01n0085_p0905a22║現威儀相。佛不在眾或有外道。見是相已起 T01n0085_p0905a23║諍鬥事。若鬥諍起。即令多人乃至諸天人眾。 T01n0085_p0905a24║悉無利益咸生苦惱。我憶此緣故為尊那作 T01n0085_p0905a25║如是說。佛言阿難。於汝意云何。阿難白佛 T01n0085_p0905a26║言。世尊。我於是事不能了知。佛言阿難。我以 T01n0085_p0905a27║自智現成正覺。於其中間廣說諸法。謂四念 T01n0085_p0905a28║處四正斷四神足五根五力七覺支八正道。 T01n0085_p0905a29║如是等法。我所宣說悉知悉見。阿難。多諸外 T01n0085_p0905b01║道。於苾芻眾而興鬥諍。此鬥諍緣汝能知不。 T01n0085_p0905b02║阿難白佛言世尊。我不能知。佛言阿難。謂有 T01n0085_p0905b03║苾芻於戒有增或時有減。威儀有增或時有 T01n0085_p0905b04║減。阿難。若戒及威儀有增有減即失常法。隨 T01n0085_p0905b05║所行處乃有外道。見是事已即起鬥諍。若鬥 T01n0085_p0905b06║諍起即令多人乃至諸天人眾。無所利益咸 T01n0085_p0905b07║生苦惱。何以故。阿難。諸外道尼乾陀輩。非一 T01n0085_p0905b08║切智亦非真實。於一切處一切所見悉不清 T01n0085_p0905b09║淨。是故常樂起鬥諍事。阿難。當知諸苾芻眾 T01n0085_p0905b10║諍事起時。由有種種鬥諍根本。阿難白佛言。 T01n0085_p0905b11║善哉世尊。善哉善逝。今正是時。願佛宣說鬥 T01n0085_p0905b12║諍根本。令諸苾芻聞已憶持常離過失。佛言 T01n0085_p0905b13║阿難。汝等諦聽。如理作意如善記念。今為汝 T01n0085_p0905b14║說。阿難。若有苾芻起忿恨心。由忿恨故。乃於 T01n0085_p0905b15║師長不生恭敬尊重等心。亦復不能承事供 T01n0085_p0905b16║養。由不恭敬彼師長故即不見法。以不見法 T01n0085_p0905b17║故。於苾芻眾中不正觀察。由不正觀察故乃 T01n0085_p0905b18║興鬥諍。由鬥諍起故即令多人乃至諸天人 T01n0085_p0905b19║眾。悉無利益咸生苦惱。又有苾芻。於內於外 T01n0085_p0905b20║悉計為有。作實觀察注意積集。喜為邪惡極 T01n0085_p0905b21║惡作意。勇發邪勤出邪忘語。引起鬥諍。如是 T01n0085_p0905b22║妄念不正知起不相應。乃至於鬥諍緣不能 T01n0085_p0905b23║斷滅。阿難。如是等事為鬥諍根本。是故生諸 T01n0085_p0905b24║苦惱。苦惱因者。謂由先起忿恨心故。如是復 T01n0085_p0905b25║起覆誑諂嫉慳無慚無愧不正知見取等。及 T01n0085_p0905b26║諸執著邪妄憶念。以如是等諸惡因緣故。乃 T01n0085_p0905b27║於師長不生恭敬尊重等心。亦復不能承事 T01n0085_p0905b28║供養。由不尊敬彼師長故即不見法。以不見 T01n0085_p0905b29║法故。即於苾芻眾中不正觀察。由不正觀察 T01n0085_p0905c01║故乃興鬥諍。阿難。如我所說。如是等緣皆是 T01n0085_p0905c02║鬥諍根本。以此緣故若鬥諍起時。有七種滅 T01n0085_p0905c03║諍法。如我所說。阿難。諸有諍事。若已起若未 T01n0085_p0905c04║起悉能息滅。何等為七。所謂現前毘尼。憶念 T01n0085_p0905c05║毘尼。不癡毘尼。自言治。多人語。知所作。如 T01n0085_p0905c06║草覆地。是為七種。云何名為現前毘尼滅諍 T01n0085_p0905c07║法。阿難。所謂一人為一人說法毘尼。一人為 T01n0085_p0905c08║二人說。一人為多人說。一人為大眾說。現前 T01n0085_p0905c09║成四。二人為一人說法毘尼。二人為一人 T01n0085_p0905c10║說。二人為多人說。二人為大眾說。現前成四。 T01n0085_p0905c16║云何名為憶念毘尼滅諍法。阿難。謂有苾芻 T01n0085_p0905c17║隨犯罪已不自憶念。餘苾芻謂言。汝犯是罪 T01n0085_p0905c18║應當憶念。於大眾中求哀大眾作憶念毘尼。 T01n0085_p0905c19║是苾芻即入眾中求哀大眾。作憶念毘尼。是 T01n0085_p0905c20║時大眾如大師教。與作憶念毘尼。是苾芻得 T01n0085_p0905c21║出罪已息滅諍事。如是名為憶念毘尼滅諍 T01n0085_p0905c22║法。以此法故能令諍事而得息滅。云何名為 T01n0085_p0905c23║不癡毘尼滅諍法。阿難。謂若苾芻癡狂心亂 T01n0085_p0905c24║痛惱所纏。雖復多聞不能順行於所聞法翻 T01n0085_p0905c25║謂雜說。作是言已捨眾而去。是苾芻。後時還 T01n0085_p0905c26║得本心。餘苾芻謂言。汝犯是罪。當入眾中求 T01n0085_p0905c27║哀大眾。作不癡毘尼。是苾芻即入眾中求哀 T01n0085_p0905c28║大眾。作不癡毘尼。是時大眾如大師教。與作 T01n0085_p0905c29║不癡毘尼。是苾芻得出罪已息滅諍事。如是 T01n0085_p0906a01║名為不癡毘尼滅諍法。以此法故能令諍事 T01n0085_p0906a02║而得息滅。云何名為自言治滅諍法。阿難。謂 T01n0085_p0906a03║若苾芻不知罪相。言廣知廣解。復於眾中發 T01n0085_p0906a04║如是言。尊者我於利養難所得故。餘苾芻謂 T01n0085_p0906a05║言。汝於罪相不知不解言廣知廣解。汝犯是 T01n0085_p0906a06║罪。當於眾中求哀大眾悔謝其罪。是苾芻即 T01n0085_p0906a07║入眾中。求哀大眾而自悔責。是時大眾如大 T01n0085_p0906a08║師教。與自言治法。是苾芻得出罪已息滅諍 T01n0085_p0906a09║事。如是名為自言治滅諍法。以此法故能令 T01n0085_p0906a10║諍事而得息滅。云何名為多人語滅諍法。阿 T01n0085_p0906a11║難謂若二苾芻共一住處。諍事忽起出種種 T01n0085_p0906a12║語廣興諍論。各執一言。有言是法有言非法。 T01n0085_p0906a13║有言是毘尼有言非毘尼。有言是有罪有言 T01n0085_p0906a14║非有罪。是二苾芻諍事起時息滅者善。若不 T01n0085_p0906a15║息滅。此二苾芻離本住處異處興諍。離是處 T01n0085_p0906a16║已。能於中路息滅者善。若不息滅即多苾芻 T01n0085_p0906a17║眾共為滅諍有以經為分別說者。有以律為 T01n0085_p0906a18║分別說者。有以摩怛里迦為分別說者。以是 T01n0085_p0906a19║多人為分別說故。是二苾芻諍事息滅。如是 T01n0085_p0906a20║名為多人語滅諍法。以此法故能令諍事而 T01n0085_p0906a21║得息滅。云何名為知所作滅諍法。阿難。謂若 T01n0085_p0906a22║苾芻隨犯罪已。自知有犯。或語他人或不語 T01n0085_p0906a23║人。而自思念已。詣餘苾芻所脫去革屣。於 T01n0085_p0906a24║苾芻前偏袒一肩右膝著地。三稱己名及自 T01n0085_p0906a25║族氏。我犯是罪不敢覆藏。來尊者所求哀懺 T01n0085_p0906a26║悔唯願尊者布施歡喜時彼尊者即聽懺悔 T01n0085_p0906a27║是苾芻得清淨已。彼尊者言。汝見是罪相不。 T01n0085_p0906a28║苾芻答言我已見是罪相尊者復言。汝當如 T01n0085_p0906a29║法奉持律儀。苾芻答言。我今如法奉持律儀 T01n0085_p0906b01║如是三說如是名為知所作滅諍法。以此法 T01n0085_p0906b02║故能令諍事而得息滅。云何名為如草覆地 T01n0085_p0906b03║滅諍法。阿難。謂諸苾芻眾共在一處。互起鬥 T01n0085_p0906b04║諍分兩朋住。時一朋中。耆年者耆年者一處。 T01n0085_p0906b05║知法者知法者一處。上首者上首者一處。於 T01n0085_p0906b06║是朋中有苾芻。為利養故而起諍事。起諍事 T01n0085_p0906b07║已。於自眾中作如是言。某處白衣舍利養易 T01n0085_p0906b08║得。我於彼中如法律說。有餘苾芻以是緣故 T01n0085_p0906b09║於我起諍諸大德。若我以是事故犯諍罪者。 T01n0085_p0906b10║願諸大德。捨我是罪乃至我故入白衣舍亦 T01n0085_p0906b11║悉聽懺除。犯突吉羅罪故。我從今已往不作 T01n0085_p0906b12║是事。若有所作。當於諸大德所求哀懺悔。我 T01n0085_p0906c09║能令諍事而得息滅。阿難。如是等七滅諍法 T01n0085_p0906c10║汝諸苾芻應當記念 T01n0085_p0906c11║復次阿難。有六種和敬法。汝等諦聽。如理作 T01n0085_p0906c12║意如善記念。今為汝說。何等為六。所謂於其 T01n0085_p0906c13║身業行慈和事。常於佛所淨修梵行。於諸正 T01n0085_p0906c14║法尊重禮敬。如理修行。於苾芻眾和合共住。 T01n0085_p0906c15║此名身業和敬法復於語業。出慈和語無諸 T01n0085_p0906c16║違諍。此名語業和敬法。復於意業起慈和意 T01n0085_p0906c17║無所違背。此名意業和敬法。又復若得法利 T01n0085_p0906c18║及世利養悉同所受。或時持缽次第行乞。隨 T01n0085_p0906c19║有所得飲食等物白眾令知。與眾同受勿私 T01n0085_p0906c20║隱用。若眾同知者即同梵行。此名利和敬法 T01n0085_p0906c21║又復於戒不破不斷。戒力堅固離垢清淨已。 T01n0085_p0906c22║知時知處普遍平等。應受施主飲食供養。如 T01n0085_p0906c23║是淨戒同。所修。同所了知同修梵行。此名戒 T01n0085_p0906c24║和敬法。又復若見聖智趣證出離之道。乃至 T01n0085_p0906c25║盡苦邊際。於如是相如實見已。同一所作同 T01n0085_p0906c26║所了知同修梵行此名見和敬法。如是等名 T01n0085_p0906c27║為六和敬法。阿難如先所說鬥諍根本。汝諸 T01n0085_p0906c28║苾芻應當斷除。於七滅諍法應當了知。諸有
